The AT-1011 blast chiller measures 910x880x2020mm. It is made from stainless steel, with a rustproof copper-aluminium evaporator.
The chiller fan protection panel is accessible, so you can easily access the evaporator and fan, making it much easier to clean.
Another of its features is an LCD control with multilingual and multi-sector encoder. This allows you to choose between a timed chiller function or a core probe function, and gives you control over different parameters.
