Who we are

We are a family-run business, market leaders in manufacture and commercialisation of professional catering equipment  since 1971, working to offer the Spanish and international market hight quality long-lasting jproducts. With 48 years’ experience, we are a clear market leader,  gaining the ongoing trust and loyalty of our customers. 

We manufacture a wide range of products to meet the needs of the catering sector: industrial kitchens, industrial fryers, gas hot plates, fry tops and ovens, among others. We also provide a high quality technical service and comprehensive solutions to advise catering professionals and ensure that your business is on the road to success.

History

2019

Our investment in quality and constant improvement is completed, setting our production plant at the forefront of technology with state-of-the-art machinery.

2019

We inaugurated “Repagas Experience”, visits to our production plant, exhibition area and showcooking for clients and hospitality schools.

2019

We evolve to offer you the new product ranges you need: refrigeration and dishwashing.

1971

We established  Repagas, a family-run business. Headed up by Eugenio Isabel, his son Carlos Isabel and Antonio Vilches in small premises in the  district of Usera in Madrid.

1975

The factory continued to expand, and we bought our  first industrial premises in Humanes, Madrid. An exhibition area was set up to offer commercial service to distributors.

1981

After 10 years of operations, we expanded our catalogue with new products such as electric stoves, stock pot stoves, boiling pans, tilting bratt pans, and deep fryers, among others.

1987

We launched our international expansion by exporting products to France. We went on to export regularly to 40 countries throughout Spain and abroad.

1990

We included  combi ovens in our product catalogue.

2000

The next generation came on board, taking over the helm at Repagas, and taking qualitative leap in manufacturing and commercial processes.

2012

We changed our company’s image to reflect the future yet to come.

2015

We incorpoated a Lean Manufacturing prodcution system and MEF software to control production processes.

2016

We celebrated 45 years serving the catering industry with innovative solutions. The company has 17 delegations thoughout Spain and aborad.  

2017

Collaboration agreement reached with Pepe Rodríguez to develop the  “Repagas Concept” project. Implementation of a new manufacturing process.

2018

The Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain awarded us  with the label of “Innovative SME” for our R+D+i work.

2018

Repagas Concept, our service of comprehensive advice focused on hospitality businesses is born. Focused on Hotels, Restaurants and Organised Catering.

The hallmark of our identiti is our constant drive to improve our products and services, along with our commitment to innovative continuously in terms of our quality management system, and to be environmentally and socially aware and responsible at al times.

Quality

Our products comply with all international regulations, and they are manufactured in accordance with the UNE EN 203 Standard, in addition to other internal control and inspection procedures throughout the entire manufacturing process, in the production plant as well as the laboratory. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate and the CE mark.

In addition, we have received the certificate of compliance with the CEDEC © standard that accredits our business quality in the following areas: business strategy, management control, functional organization and cost management. And also the INNOVATIVE SME seal granted by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities thanks to our work in R&D.
