A Fry-top is a solid top cooker used in professional kitchens. It offers incredible power and capacity. Repagas Fry-tops are made with 15mm brushed steel plates, guaranteeing durability and performance. With this thickness of plate, you can conserve heat better and make the most of the energy consumed, whilst also ensuring that heat is evenly distributed when cooking. Depending on your needs, you can choose either an electric or a gas fry-top.

Gas fry-top, with a scotch-brite finished stainless steel exterior. The top is 2mm thick and has a 15mm brushed steel plate and hard chrome plating in some models. The pilot switch is manual, with a piezo switch, thermal coupling, and thermostat valve regulation which, on some models, can reach up to 380ºC, with a high performance tube burner under the plate, which we recommend you use for fish and vegetable preparations. The internal heat in the fry-top is conducted in order to prevent heat loss and to allow the combustion gases to be correctly evacuated.

Electric and gas fry-tops. All made from stainless steel, with square edges to guarantee perfect joins when designing complete cooking blocks. The tops are made of a 15mm brushed and ground steel plate.

The heating elements on our electric fry-tops are rectangular and are regulated by means of a thermostat. The gas fry-tops have thermal coupling and a thermostat valve.

Some of the models reach temperatures of up to 380ºC. The plates are treated to guarantee uniformity and maximum working temperature all over. Furthermore, all the fry-top models have a drip tray with a groove running around the outside to make it easier to get rid of grease and dirt. You can choose a flat or ridged surface top.
