Our industrial cookers are made from stainless steel with a scotch-brite finish. The surface tops are 1.5m thick and incorporate open burners with pilot flames, a safety valve and thermocoupling.
The burners in Repagas professional kitchens deliver an outstanding performance, offering maximum heat power, with brass machined covers and grey cast iron pipes to avoid injector collapse.

They all come with maximum pilot flame protection, concealed with a specifically designed protective cover to protect it from any spills from the elements above.
All our professional cookers are made from stainless steel, with 1-2mm counter tops. Its covers are also made from stainless steel and guarantee maximum protection since the pilot flame is concealed underneath a specifically designed protective cover to protect it from spills from elements situated above. This system, together with the cast-iron pipe burners with brass machined covers guarantees that, because of their special design, the injectors will not get blocked and you are guaranteed the same level of power at all times. Some of the models also come with drip trays, and the ovens have tray support structures. The controls are ergonomically designed and made from heat resistant polyamide with ABS.
Our cookers offer you the highest level of versatility, since they come with maximum working combinations and are characterised by their functionality and power. They are all made from AISI-304 stainless steel with a scotch-brite finish, optimum thickness surface tops, and high performance burners. Some of the professional kitchen models include ovens with stainless steel tray support structures and shielded heating elements. These industrial kitchens offer maximum cleanliness and hygiene, since all the burners have individual drip trays, which are easy to remove, offering double the capacity of the traditional tray, and are dishwasher safe.
Gas fry-top, with a scotch-brite finished stainless steel exterior. The top is 2mm thick and has a 15mm brushed steel plate and hard chrome plating in some models. The pilot switch is manual, with a piezo switch, thermal coupling, and thermostat valve regulation which, on some models, can reach up to 380ºC, with a high performance tube burner under the plate, which we recommend you use for fish and vegetable preparations. The internal heat in the fry-top is conducted in order to prevent heat loss and to allow the combustion gases to be correctly evacuated.
