For your more delicate recipes, we recommended the hard chrome models, all with a 50-100 micra coating to provide the best ‘mirror effect’ on the market. These Repagas solid top cookers are ideal for working with seafood, fish, and vegetables, since they are fitted with regulation valves or thermostats. When cooking meat or making larger dishes, your are better off choosing one of our polished ground steel solid top cookers.
Repagas solid top cookers are made from AISI-304 stainless steel and have a polished steel cover up to 15mm thick with a hard chrome coating, which has been specially treated to achieve a uniform and constant temperature for all your dishes. It has an on/off indicator light with a piezoelectric switch, thermocoupling, and thermostat regulation valve up to 285ºC.
Our solid top cookers are designed and manufactured with safety and usability in mind, and so they incorporate features such as a drip tray drawer at the front, and ergonomic controls that can resist high temperatures, making them easier to use.
Solid top cookers made from scotch-brite finished stainless steel, with a polished ground steel cover, either 12 or 15mm thick, treated to guarantee uniformity and the highest temperature throughout. They have rectangular heating elements, regulation thermostat, and an on/off indicator light. The controls are ergonomically designed for ease of use, and are made from heat-resistant polyamide. Furthermore, our solid top cookers come with a drip tray-drawer at the front for easy cleaning, and side and backsplash protection.
