Our bratt tilting pans are available as gas or electric models. In our gas tilting pans, heat is delivered by means of stainless steel tube burners. The gas supply incorporates a thermostat valve with a thermocoupled safety system. Our electric models, on the other hand, incorporate shielded alloy heating elements, controlled by a regulation thermostat delivering temperatures of between 45ºC and 300ºC.
