This hot trolley is made from stainless steel and is insulated using mineral wool. The heating block, with digital temperature control, can be fully removed, and incorporates ventilated heating elements and a water tray. For ease of use, the control panel has an illuminated on/off switch and digital thermostat. Furthermore, our hot trolley has a steam tray so you can serve your dishes at the optimum temperature whilst ensuring they do not dry out.
